Proscan 40″ LCD 1080p TV Final Clearance $399 Best Buy B&M YMMV

Walked into my local Best Buy on Tuesday and they had the 40″ Proscan 1080p LCD TV for 499. Went in yesterday to check some stuff out and they had 3 sitting in the main isle with a final clearance markdown -$100 to $399!! This seems like a really good deal to me because at one point I had been seeing the 37″ on SPECIAL at $499. I dont know if this is all Best Buys or just mine but just thought I’d give a heads up to the rest of you FW users.
