I don’t even know where to begin showing the amazing-ness of this bakeries cake design. This is more about art than baking. Quite incredible – everything from birdhouses, to Alice in Wonderland, to a 200 lb octopus cake, to even a lovely zombie cake. I highly suggest taking a peek. And it looks like modeling chocolate for at least some of them, so it tastes good (unlike fondant).
